Telephonic Assessments

Telephonic assessments are carried out for companies which are Service or Sales Driven.
Assessment forms are drawn up to suit the needs of the company for which the assessment is being carried out.
Using our own proven technique of communicating with customers, our team calls on existing customers in order to find out whether or not they are happy with the level of sales or service delivery and to establish problem areas within the system.
Once a call has been made, the assessment form is completed and broken down into a points system which at the end of the exercise shows our clients exactly which areas are running smoothly and which areas need attention.
