Customer Relationship & Sales Training

Colling Consulting and Marketing have developed a hands-on Training Program which:

  3. Teaches sales staff how to interact with their customers

Our Training program is adapted to suit the unique needs of the company for whom we are carrying out training.

Customers running regular assessments are able to utilize our Training Division in order to train their staff according to Company Standards and rectify problem areas which have been highlighted by the Mystery Shopping exercise.

Our own training program is combined with the Company's for which the training is being carried out's individual needs. Using the results of Mystery Shopping Program, OR Telephonic Assessment Program we draw up a training program which covers problem areas as well as introducing new techniques which empower staff members to reach their potential and deliver better sales or service results.
